lets face it teens are going to have sex if they want to. should w tell them no! u cant be intimate with ur significant other, and teens have urges too.but its sick to tell teens yea sex is okay heres a condom, but if we dont,there gunna do it anyway,might as well make it safe.
do u think education about safe sex or abstinence is more affective?...why?
