do u need permits to camp near punchbowl falls?

My and my friends wanted to hike and camp near punchbowl falls, on eagle trail in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon.
but im not sure if we need a permit or anything like that
does anyone know?
and if so, do i need to pay and where would i get one?
