do u need a lot of experience for camp america?

Im really thinking of going to camp america but im just wondering a few things first. I'll only be 18 when i go and the only 18 year olds that get accepted are usually the ones with the skills in high demand. Im just wondering HOW much experience you have to have? If you know a little, will they teach you more when you get to camp??
