Do u know any where/way i can fix a broken nokia 3510i circuit board?

I’ve got a Nokia 3510i phone with a supposedly irreparable circuit board. I was wondering if anyone knows of any specialists who can repair mobile phone circuit boards? Also do you think it’s possible that this type of damage is repairable?

I'm willing to pursue any options and spend any amount; Any help is very much appreciated!
