Some people are telling me that the twenty one's bicep curls (doing bicep curls with 7 reps from fully extended to half-extended, 7 from half-extended to fully bent, and 7 from fully extended to fully bent) builds muscle mass.
However, since I'm doing so many, it seems to me that it is more of a toning or endurance exercise. Can anyone give their opinion if twenty-one's are muscle mass building or endurance?
If not muscle mass building, could you give me what you think is the best exercise to gain muscle mass on the biceps?
