Did bushes tax cuts to have the wealthy be able to create more jobs really fail? It worked when Reagan was in office, lasted up to about 1991 when the next recession hit & George H. W. Bush wasn't re-elected, but that recession wasn't nearly as bad as this one. So did Bush's economic policies really fail?
