Do Three, Orange & Vodafone limit their internet speeds on contracts like...

...T-Mobile with 3rd Party Contracts? I'm looking at getting the Galaxy S2 on contract and want to go via a 3rd party as the offers are always so much better than direct. However I've heard that Tmobile limits the total speed on SIMs obtained from a 3rd Party Contract and have admitted to such but I can't find whether the other large Providers do the same kind of thing.

Any ideas?
