DON'T buy that phone. I know you probably want it and it is a really good looking phone. but I don't think AT&T even sells them anymore because of how many problems they've had. they stopped selling them at first so they could fix their problems but they still continued to be crappy. after that, they lowered the price. now they just don't sell it at all. the phones can overheat, the touch screen can suck, the phone resets itself, the touch screen can be completely unresponsive. basically, you'd more than likely get some of those problems or maybe others. plus the display on the phone really isn't all that great looking compared to other touch screen phones.
buy another phone but if you seriously wanna take a chance with one of them things then you'll have to buy a used one off of a site like ebay or craigslist.
