Do they make stereo guitars, or is it always processed?

Yeah, they still do make them. Parker has one of the best stereo guitars that I have ever played. They separate the strings, by every other one, going from left to right speaker. They also have usb output so you can connect it to your portable units. I am using the Roland GR pick-up, which also separates the guitar to stereo, but with different instruments. It allows the left to have piano, right to have violin, and then a mix of guitar for both. This may not be what you are looking for, but there are other ways of getting stereo sounds from your guitar now days. Check out Parker's top of the line series, so you can see what they offer.

I was wondering, do they actually make stereo guitars, or is it synthetically processed in production? And what generates the left and right side, tone or key?
