Do they make bike carriers for a car with a rear spoiler?

There are some with "legs" but I don't know the height of the spoiiler so I can't say they would clear it.
Your best option might be to have a tow hitch receiver installed and there are several types of bike carrier that insert into the tow hitch receiver.
