Do they have drive through fast food restaurants in the UK?

I lived there for 12 weeks for work and I never saw one. Its probably a good thing. The British really seem to have considerably healthier lifestyles than we have here in the US.
 
Unfortunately, yes we do. I don't think that the junk food obsession is as extremely here in the UK as it is in the US, but people are getting fatter all the time, and such places do exist, to much the same extent that they do around most of Europe.

Yes they do. KFC, Mcdonalds and Burger King all have drive throughs.

I wouldnt say we have healthier lifestyles, infact, i think the UK is the fattest and most unhealthy country in Europe.
