I just spoke with a friend who is on facebook at Navy boot camp??? Im leaving for coast guard boot camp soon here and im wondering if they are really allowing this now. To me it sounds counter productive to the purpose of boot camp. Is it something they had to earn or are they just letting recruits do that now. Any thoughts on this, how many boot camps allow this, i heard army allows it too?
P.S. just to put down this response right now, im not expecting to get on facebook at boot camp, im going there to learn military conduct not fool around on social networking sites. So please dont give me some smart ass response pertaining to that.
