do these shirt and shorts match (pic) ?

i ahve a tomato red plain shirt with a bit of blue writting and white plaid shorts with the lines being blue and light blue do they match? like the colours red with blue writing and white with blude like plaid pattern

and also can i wear brown flip flops with that ?

and like plain brown flip flops too? if not how about black shoes with blue laces? or black high converse with white laces?
