Do these graphics look like they would run WoW smoothly on wireless?

well, ok. is this a laptop? because its a graphics chipset that isn't upgradable.
even though you have 3 GB of ram (good thing) your processor isn't that great. also, the graphics card is a deciding factor to game playability.
you can probably run WoW on medium settings on a low resolution. If anything, try to get a discrete graphics card instead, as those will be able to play WoW no problem.
Also, on a side note, the 3 GB of ram will allow you to have many applications open at once without much of a slowdown, but again, your processor won;t be able to process them that fast.
