Do these fish sound alright for my 20 gallon tank?

It is overstocked. In a 20 gallon tank, you cannot have twelve fish. You should only keep the cory catfish and two Platy's, and two tetras.
 
I have three cory catfish, four Micky Mouse Platys, and 5 bloodfin tetras. It's a 20 gallon long tank, I'm fairly certain it's not overstocked, but you can never be too sure, you know? What do you all think?

Sounds good you've obviously gone for a community set up, make sure the fish have hiding spots because the bloodfin tetras could be a bit nippy.
Make sure to do regular water changes so that your fish are happy.
