Do these blood and thyroid test results indicate a potential problem?

My daughter was diagnosed with a "simple goiter" after complaining of fatigue, joint pain, chronic constipation and weight gain along with a puffy face and swollen neck. Her Dr. ran some tests and here are some results:
Free T4 0.61 NG/DL (Range: 0.58-1.64)
TSI 1.0
Thyroid Binding Globulin 23 ug/ML (Range: 11-27)
Absolute Lymphocyte 3.6 K/UL (Range: 1.0-3.5)
Absolute Basophil 0%
Absolute Eosinophil 0.7 K/UL (Flagged as high)
RBC 4.27 M/UL (Range: 4.10-5.30)

Her Pediatrician referred us to an ENT Doctor who said he didn't know why we were there. He said he couldn't help us and we should go back to her regular Pediatrician. Anyone have any ideas on who we should see or if those tests indicate a problem? I'm not looking for advice to replace seeing a Doctor- just wanted some input from someone familiar with this. Thanks!
