Hey! I feel stupid asking this, but it's starting to worry me...
I love to exercise intensely. Lately, I've stepped up my exercise routine, and it feels great during it! But every time, without fail now, I end up with a headache afterword. I also have symptoms of dizziness, nausea, a tingly feeling in my fingers, etc. It makes it difficult to walk back to my home, because I constantly have to catch myself.
My friend thinks that all of this is related to what I get my heart rate up to when I work out. I usually have it between 190 and 200 when I'm going all out. Could this be the cause?
I don't know. Pretty dumb question I guess, especially for a 19 year old. Oh yeah, I'm a 19 year old female if that changes the answer at all..... Anyway, basically I am just wondering if these symptoms mean anything and if it could be because of my heart rate while exercising.
I guess another symptom that I forgot is that my heart always feels very heavy after, and it always hurts. If that even adds anything useful.....
