Just curious because i know they voted Didier Cuche, the skier ahead of him as their favourite sportsperson which i thought was a bit odd. Cuche is fairly successful but not nearly as decorated as Roger so i was wondering why. Is it a lack of appreciation for tennis or did they just get bored of Roger? Or did most people assume he'd win and not bother voting? I know he has millions of fans all over the world but i've never seen him from the Swiss perspective so i just wanted to know
