Do the rear seats fold down in a 1997 Lexus GS300? UK model.?

My father is giving me his old car and I need to move some stuff about with it - I need to know before I pick it up how much I'll be able to fit in. If it doesn't fold down can anyone say what the boot space is like, and how much space there is on the back seats?

The SE has folding rear seats, the base model has them as an option.
