My Phone has been giving me trouble all this week. I have a Palm pre Plus and some of the letters on the keyboard won't work... Including the ' S, F, H, K, and Backspace' Keys. I don't know why this has happened.
I'll be in the mall tomorrow... and I figured I could just drop by one of the At&t kiosks and show them the problem. I was thinking, the phone will probably have to be replaced, so do they replace the phone at the mall or would I have to go to a local retail store?
