She n her family are rich. I get support from family and have some health issues. But despite that I took all the care of the child. How? I got financial support from family and will eventually repay them.
So their income (her family) is around $12 000 a month. But she kept/keeps the baby 90% of the time with me and gave me no penny plus spent child tax benefits. So I won't be financially stable too soon.

She called tonight to ask about the baby. I said what exactly do u wanna talk about tomorrow? She said custody. I asked what do you want? She said 50/50. Everything equal. I like that and I feel better now. But don't think I trust her. She broke many promises. She is just in hurry to get divorced. IDK why she accepts 50/50 when in the beginning she didn't.
Can I prove I took care of the child? Yes. I live with family and they will testify. But more importantly I keep a daily journal for the child which is very detailed with photos
I don't gamble when it comes to the child. I still think I have a chance at full custody but peaceful agreement is safer. Plus I want my kid to be with his mother too. But I hope she takes better care of him soon. I will never run out of paper and will note her every word and will use it only if she tries to screw me or child neglect.
ADD. Also she put child in daycare once with subsidy while she was home as well as I was. Likely illegal. I notified child custody. Then the kid was hit in daycare by a caretaker according to him. I believe him. She said she doesn't and sent me a text message saying "don't call child protection services because they could investigate her and she may get in trouble". That's not good for her.
Hey, some courts ask a parent did they ever take time off work to take child to the doctor or something. I took him to work with me one day because she refused to watch him because she was painting her moms basement. (He was safe where I worked, it was a private house and owner allowed me, she even played with our son and provided meal for him).
But I just hope she takes better care of him FOR HIS OWN SAKE AND PROPER DEVELOPMENT.
The hardest part right now is that I still love her and grieve. Maybe I'm still in denial and I suffer greatly since she told me she wants divorce.
