Do the fish in my tank seem happy?

I have a tank (pretty big) that has 4 golfish, a tetra, and one of those fish that clean the tank. The tank has 2 fake plants and a tiny cave thing, and yes it has a filter. The goldfish are constantly moving and are ALWAYS hungry! Their fins are straight up and some of their scales are missing. But I think my little tetra is lonely.

What I'm asking is, should I add a live plant like bamboo?
Should I get another tetra?
Is goldfish always being hungry a good sign?
 
well, If the tank is large I am sure they are :).

I find fish like to hide, maybe a large cave or something?

How do you know your gold fish are always hungry?

I think your tetra is fine.

But please make sure their tank is large enough for their whole life! Gold fish and those sucker fish get big!!!
