...towards peace between them? The West have a history of criticism anything. Chinese people say that Westerners don't understand Chinese people that that criticism is unwanted and an attack on Chinese culture.
Enlightened Chinese intellectuals are beginning self-reflection on whether China could possibly be misunderstanding the outside world and not that the West has a problem with China.
