DO THE AUSTRALIANS HAVE A WEAK MILITARY FORCE?

Yeah well, I live in aus and I'm 14, and I only have a limited idea about what armies are the strongest. And from what I know I think the US & UK are our only chance of ever really doing any good in a war. And if we actually do go to war with China are we screwed or what..? Is our military force good and why?
