My daughter was always smart, but this year she's become so smart it's almost scary. She went from an average A-B student to phenomenal student. I've looked at her notes from school and wonder if I still have the right kid!
Today she cracked the password for my computer. I'd changed it recently and forgot to tell her. She called me at work and told me how she'd figured it out. Her logic was so complicated I really had trouble keeping up. When I hung up the phone I realized that she had become, by far, intellectually superior to me. Which is kind of frightening.
