Do teachers have a legal right to be notified if their position is being discussed

at a School Board Meeting? I am a teacher in NJ, we're facing a difficult budget year. Some of the newer teachers' positions are not safe for next year. Is the school board required to give warning to a teacher (or teachers) who holds a position which is being discussed prior to the meeting.

I'm looking for a specific law or code of ethics resource (or link to a website that contains this rule or law)
I'm not in danger of losing my job, some of my colleagues are, this issue came up at a meeting today and I was curious if it was true or not.
