i do track for club i don't think i need spikes yet cause im only doing training not competitions yet. but i sprint in my running shoes but i don't do as good as when im running barefoot but we have to wear shoes so should i get spikes? we are asked to get changed into spikes at training when we use the blocks do you think there would much point of me buying them? how do i know what spikes to get? i have not got like chosen distances i do but im only doing sprinting and iv been mainly doing up to 200m but ill probably end up doing longer like up to 400m
