deleted.? Do sex offenders get in trouble for being on myspace?
I heard sex offenders on myspace are deleted, but do they get in trouble? IT seems it would do no good to just delete them..dont they get in trouble for that.
My co worker just found out her kids dad is on myspace with photos of beer in his hand.
It is in violation for him to be on the internet EVER.
He is NOT allowed to consume alcohol also.
My co worker printed all the pages out for his profile or comments he makes on friends pages.
But its not enough to just delete his profile. Is he going to get in trouble for this. HE has gotten away with so much--its time he pay the price. I told her to email his probation officer or email the group counseling meetings he has to go too with the information and make copies of the myspace pages and hide some of them in case you would need them at a later date.
Is this going to do anything?????? will he get in trouble????? or just another slap on the wrist?
we are all in houston tx if that helps.
yes there are dates on the photo of him drinking.
as a probation rule he is not allowed to have alcohol. yes the dates are on the photos.
and yes it is specifically in his particular set of rules that because he met his "victim" on line he is NOT allowed to ever be on the internet again.

If he is caught by the police he will be in troublee or if someone tell the police what he is doing and that it bothers them or something then he will get in some trouble. But if noone bring it to anyones attention or makes a big deal out of it the most that would possibly happen is that his account will be deleted.
