Do Samsung memory cards fit in Nokia phones?

i have a Samsung Tocco Lite and i'm going to buy a Nokia C3 so i was wondering if i can take the memory card out of my Samsung and put it into the Nokia or do i have to buy another memory card for the Nokia C3
