why and how so for this?

please explain what they can do ?

which areas or jurisdictions handle what differently regarding this?

please xplain.

Most, (not all, but most) public parks in the US have posted hours, usually dawn to dusk.

Sometimes they are more specific, such as 5a.m. to 9p.m.

The park by my house (Southern US) is open from 6a.m. to 10p.m. Sometimes me and the wife will go there after closing, because we work nights. The cop that works that patrol stopped us once for being there so late, but after he saw that we weren't hurting anything, he left us alone.

After these hours, you are trespassing. Depends on the location/cop if he wants to bug someone who is just sleeping.

i think but dont quote me on it, it is classed as a section 5 in the uk.

the police dont arrest homeless people so much they give them warnings instead because hauling them all in would mean that the cells would be full. a friend of mine is a psco and he hates dealing with tramps because most of them are all smelly and have hep c so they try not to touch them

I dont know about UK but I know about USA. Long as you are not messing with the public in the park the police can't arrest the homeless person. Most homeless people get booked for (PI).Public Intoxication.

I think the word you are looking for is HARRASS.

they dont want anything to do with them. they just want them to "move on" usually

im talking UK here
