...are there other cases? I ran a red light and the police officer pulled behind me but did not pull me over, once i parked my car and walked away from the car i was 2 feet away the hospital entrance when the officer stopped and asked if the car was mines i replied yes, he notified me that my license was suspended and i told him i didn't know that as he verifed that i had no knowledge of my license being supended the other officer asked to search my car i said NO he walked around the car to see if he can see anything visble in my car he saw nothing. The other officer wrote me a ticket for driving with supended license w/o knowledge the drug dog came as the officer handed me the ticket the dog walked around the car but did not bark then the one officer took my keys out of my hand and searched my car and i was arrested for possesion of cocaine with intent to sell, driving with supeneded license, and voilating probation. Was the search a legal search being that i was out of the car already? and are there any other cases like this that i can look up in the state of florida?
