I think I have a Pilonidal cyst but its not bleeding or turning red. Its a lump right at the end of the but crack. its shaped like an upside down u ... I've had cysts before, this one does not feel like a cyst its just pressure when I sit back on the couch or while driving. It is painful at times but after a while not moving or relaxing my butt muscles the pain goes away.
