I know they're not allowed to. But how would somebody do 4 years in the Army infantry and get an honorable discharge if that person had plead guilty to DV and got a deferred sentence which they completed successfully, all of it happening 3 years before enlisting?
Wouldn't it have shown up on the background check?
Would this mean the DV conviction was never entered into their record? Why would this happen?
