Do people really believe that regulations are bad for Consumers and Employees?

the only thing that deregulation helps is rich companies. sure, there are a few regulations that are over-reaching, but 99% of them are put in place to keep consumers and employees safe. i hear Conservatives on Yahoo use the phrase "drinking the Kool-Aid" when referring to Liberals, but don't you have to be a completely mindless zombie to agree that getting rid of regulations is a good thing for the country? its a good thing for the rich people who pay the Lobbyists in Congress, its bad for everybody else. and the fact that people are gullible enough to believe otherwise is proof that they are incompetent to make decisions for this country. do you think they should even be allowed to vote? maybe we need an IQ Test that people have to pass in order to vote.

Most are unnecessary and destructive.

Basic regulations are fine...we are at the point now where the over -regulation is oppressive.

Excess regulations kill jobs and drive up prices.(Bad for employees and consumers)
