Really Good Luck getting Ebay to do anything. With the current Ebay, you are totally on your own. I had 2 (TWO) idiot, moron, retards "buy-it-now" on 2 honda CBR's I had for sale and both buyers were 100% shams. I had 2 fight with Ebay for over 2 weeks to get the Final Value Credit refunded and it was such a nightmare, I just ate the $60 ish x 2 relisting fees I had to pay.

BTW - MOONLIGHTER - your description of motomaan is dead on regarding his location and english skills.
 
I agree, Ebay is total garbage now because of all the scammers. I usually just try to contact the seller and make the sale outside of ebay, even though that's not allowed. Ebay just doesn't back up their policy, but how could they really when there's scammers on both sides.

I like autotrader.com, but there is even scammers on that too believe it or not. Buyer beware!
