do nontouch screen windows mobile support all touch screen windowsmobile applications?

many applications like coreplayer opera browser etc work on both touch screen and non touch screen nokia symbian os with single installation file..thats why i asked!..i know touch screen faciltiy wont work on nontouch screen phones:d
