Im currently 22 almost 23 and I still have my wisdom teeth. The top two are fully showing and the bottom two are 3/4s. I was told about 5 years ago that they were going to come in straight and my mouth has room. Im in the army now and have a dental visit every 6 months. But recently my bottom right gums where my wisdom tooth is at started hurting and I can feel that its swollen. Its been2 days and nothing had changed. Im not sure if its just finishing coming in or if its infected. I can open my mouth and eat any food but the pain is always there. Bearable that it is, its an annoyance none the less. Any suggestions?
