Do my visited internet sites show up on my tmobile phone bill?

No, i did not look at porn. I visited facebook an aim. My mom does not allow me to have accounts on these sites and thats why im worried. I have unlimited internet access. Will my bill show what websites i go to? Thats a huge invasion of privacy! and I'll be in so much trouble. I feel so worried. Please be serious and help
 
i have at&t and I saw a bill once that was sent to my dad and it did not say what the sites were but only how much info was sent 88kb...etc, and how much was recieved.
