For example, today I felt fine in the morning, happy, because my dad took me shopping for school supplies, then later on I went to the gym with my mom and I started feeling really depressed because I gained one pound, which shouldnt make me upset normally, but it did. Then my mom and I went shopping for new clothes for school and started getting furious at the world and at my mom because she was just being annoying. then we went out to lunch and i seemed to feel really happy, but then afterwords, we went to another store and costco and i got angry again. then we went to visit my grandma and i started to feel really depressed and tired. Is this normal or does it sound like i'm bipolar or something?
