Do my eating habits sound like they are high in water content?

Lately I've really had to use the washroom and I'm wondering if it's because I'm consuming so much water. Breakfast is usually instant oatmeal made with water and fruit like cantaloupe and oranges, lunch is a big salad, some kind of protein like eggs and an apple and dinner is usually soup, some kind of fruit, crackers and another big salad.

I'm living at university so I have a pretty routine diet.

Carbs are 75% water. Don't be concerned with your protein and fats. It's the heavy carb usage.

edit: break down the word and it will tell you: carbo HYDRATE

lower them and you will lose water weight.
