Do military police use 10 code as opposed to standard military radio procedure?

I was watching a war game special on TV, and one of the members of the team was former USMC MP. When given an instruction via radio, he responded with 10-4 as opposed to the military accepted 'roger.' I was wondering if MPs are used to using 10 code vs. standard military radio procedure in certain circumstances.
 
No, MPs do not use 10 codes, at least from my experience. Even civilian law enforcement is stopping the use of 10 codes. There's so many different definitions for different departments, it's too confusing, so the use of them is declining.

I used to work in law enforcement before I went active Army. I had a hell of a time not using 10 codes. I got smoked several times for that mistake. I later did an internship with CID for six months (not my thing). Neither they or the MPs used 10 codes.
