Depends on the guy. But sometimes we do. We damn sure aren't going to admit it to our ladies though. Just stop thinking about it and enjoy the shafting you're getting.
 
I heard that if a man has seen a pretty women that day or watched/watching porn while having sex with you that they are thinking about parts of her body while with you...is this the case always..or most the time?
 
its called fantasy. you never thought about the guy you saw at the store while doining your boyfriend?men and women both do to some extent.
