Do Med Schools care about an A in additional science?

Well, I just got my GCSEs and I got an A in the additional science GCSE. I hopefully want to become a doctor, and all these med schools only seem to accept the best lol, and i'm just wondering if they'll mind that it's an A and not an A* :/ last year i got an A* in the core science one, it's just if i've got any chance of getting into med school i've got this feeling it's gotta be an A* lool, thanks
