Do marines get a chance to mingle with the ladies?

Proud member of the United States Marine Corps. I swore in on April 15th 2009. I ship out to MCRD San Diego this weekend. I was wondering if we get a chance to mingle with the ladies after graduation. Or anytime after that like MCT or somethin. And do we have time to date girls if you're in active duty?
 
I am not 100% percent on the Marines but in the navy you get 30 days paid leave per year and in the evening can go out. (not in hostile areas or bootcamp)
