Look at Europe. For the past 30 years, America has grown much wealthier than Europe.

Maybe because THEY DONT!!! We have more disposable income, gdp per capita, lower unemployment (historical average over last 30 years), more housing space, higher quality stuff, larger incomes, and more cars

PS: Bush only added 3 trillion, less than obama did in 2 years.
