Do liberal arts colleges typically offer degrees in photography if they say they offer

fine arts degrees? This is the college I've been looking into lately: http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/search/CollegeDetail.jsp?collegeId=1398&profileId=7

I am pretty sure that I would like to major in English and minor in Photography. In the link above, it says that the college offers a fine/studio arts degree as a major.

Does this include photography?
