My friend is in a custody battle in wa against a 3rd party, their was atrial, the other party now says they won and have the papers of how much support she will pay, etc, she has not rcvd the papers, and she is from the philipines and doesnt understand the law, her lawyer said it may be papers the other party is proposing and tryinf to scare her with. the last things wrote on the case summary online were :
