Not really....
You take contracts, but never see a contract.
You study civil procedure, but never read a complaint.
But generally, you will learn to write internal memos and briefs, and if you take appellate practice, an appellate brief.
Those other items you learn while working for a firm. And they mostly have those types of things on hard drive libraries so you can just do fact changes for court submittals.
One other thing...you will not be a freshman law student, you will be a 1-L. There is a pretty good book, called 1-L that you might want to read this summer.
