do i use HTML or XUL?

hi, i'm building an address book for Firefox. Im very new to building Firefox add ons, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Would the interface of my Address Book, (text Fields etc) be made using HTML? or XUL?

HTML is better to interface with Firefox.
