Do I Unlock Cars If I Win Every Track In Arcade Mode On Professional Difficulty in Gran

Turismo 3? there's this cheat where u can go on professional difficulty by pressing l1 and r1 together at the difficulty selection screen. I unlocked all the tracks, i won 1st place on every track on easy, medium and hard. And i've been wondering, do i unlock any other cars if i win 1st place on every track on professional difficulty? perhaps f1 cars?(lol)
